Would you like to lead, provide technical direction and manage a multi-disciplined team of qualified professionals running Business Intelligence (BI) work packages within larger projects? We currently have a vacancy within the Business Services Information and Data team for a Lead Business Intelligence Developer at our site in Portsmouth.

As a Lead Business Intelligence Developer, you will be managing and working closely with a team of Developers to actively contribute to the delivery of invaluable reporting and metrics across Maritime Services. You will be supporting the Management Information (MI) Lead in providing technical solutions, leading the BI team to develop enhancements and implementation to the Business. You will liaise with other BAE Systems Business Functions to ensure best practise is shared, as well as engage with stakeholders at a Senior Management level to successfully obtain requirements to help develop BI solutions.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your career through a well-established career path within BAE Systems. There could be opportunity to take on further responsibility, define future processes and practices within the development team or expand your skillsets into a number of different roles within the team or wider BAE Systems Business.
