You can get a Java implementation of the UApriori algorithm for uncertain itemset mining in the SPMF data mining library.

I don't work on text mining. You can certainly find some good books on this topic.

By the way, if you want to read the latest articles, then you may check Google Scholar. It is a good place to look for recent papers on any topic.
