Hello,

Does anyone has**Java source code** for **graph mining algorithms** such as **gSpan**? I'm looking for source code and also some datasets.

I want to perform some data mining experiment on social networks (twitter, dblp etc.).

Also, someone know where i can download the last version of the**dblp dataset**?

Thanks for your help!

Jeff

I would like to get the source code of Frecpo for mining frequent partial orders from strings.

It it this algorithm:

Jian Pei, Haixun Wang, Jian Liu, Ke Wang, Jianyong Wang, Philip S. Yu: Discovering Frequent Closed Partial Orders from Strings. IEEE Trans. Knowl. Data Eng. 18(11): 1467-1481 (2006)

http://www.cs.sfu.ca/~wangk/pub/order-icdm.pdf

Please post Java or C++ source code.

I had a C++ version of GSPAN algorithm that I found on internet a few years ago, that worked pretty well.

I don't have it on my computer. But I must have it on DVD somewhere... I will search for it. Ali, If I find it, I will send to your email.

Hello guys,

Since there are many questions regarding the gSpan library, I would like to share the libraries that I've found in the wild...

Please note that I still haven't the time to test these libraries. Therefore, if you find them useful or useless, comment here for further references.

Here is a C++ version of this library:

https://code.google.com/p/grad-proj/source/browse/trunk/gspancpp/src/gspan.cpp?spec=svn65&r=63

You can find the source code of this algorithm on JAVA in the website of this project:

http://www.cs.ucsb.edu/~xyan/software/gSpan.htm

However, I have done some works with gSpan recently, but it seems that it give us incorrect results and it won't find all the frequent subgraphs in a graph dataset. Does anyone read an article of a proof of correctness for this algorithm?

Hello everyone,

I'm using the TKS algorithm and I have two questions:

1) How to specify the minimum length of the extrcated patterns?

2) How to specify that the extrcated patterns must contain some item for example "1"?

Thank you very much.

Hi all,

I'd like to share the source code of gSpan (an efficient algorithm for mining frequent subgraphs) in C#. You can download it in this link:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/56886384/Data_Mining/ICCSAMA_2015/source_code_gSpan.zip

If you use this source code in your paper or project, please cite our work in this paper:

Bay Vo, Dang Nguyen, Thanh-Long Nguyen (2015). A parallel algorithm for frequent subgraph mining. ICCSAMA 2015, Metz, France. Springer AISC, 358, 163-173.

Cheers,

Dang Nguyen
