I start my minor project..which is base of my thesis..But i am confused that what i can do? Which topic i choose in data mining and why? Please suggest me??

Choosing a topic takes time. You need to do a literature review (i.e. read research papers) and find some ideas about something that you can improve or something new that other people have not done. I recommend to ask your supervisor to help you. Your supervisor should have more experience in finding topics and should be able to guide you.
